Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As arenaflex continues to grow, we hire team leaders from within, who manage 5 to 10 representatives, providing a clear path for career progression. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and assist customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Understand internal and external proprietary software, and troubleshoot common issues with customers, providing timely and effective solutions Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work Essential Qualifications Must reside in the United States, with a reliable and stable home working environment Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver superior customer service Must pass a background check, ensuring a high level of integrity and trustworthiness Previous experience in customer service, with insurance or financial services experience preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Must be proactive, able to prioritize work, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members. Our training program includes 4 hours of paid training per day, Monday to Friday, for 3-4 weeks, at $7.25 per hour. After certification, you can expect an increase in pay range from $10.00 to $12.00 per hour, based on experience and tenure, and client portfolio of business.
