About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative In this role, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma and/or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required Must have the ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence The ability to work rotational shifts as needed Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software What's in it for You?
