What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will: Provide inbound customer support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services Help customers resolve technical issues and assist in correcting billing concerns Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
