Job Overview As a remote customer service representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients across various time zones, including EST (UTC -5), CST (UTC -6), MST (UTC -7), and PST (UTC -8). Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound phone calls, responding to chat messages, and answering emails. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our company and our clients with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Utilize your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver personalized support and ensure customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Maintain a quiet, secure, and organized work environment, ensuring uninterrupted and focused customer support Schedule and Work Environment At blithequark, we offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs and preferences. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that works best for you. You will be required to have a dedicated workspace that meets our technology and equipment requirements, including a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, a wired USB headset, and high-speed wired internet. Technology and Equipment Requirements: Quiet and secure work environment during working hours Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app Earnings and Revenue As a remote customer service representative for blithequark, your contract earnings will vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.
