Essential Qualifications A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, with 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience preferred. The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a reliable internet speed and broadband connection, is necessary for success in this role. A secure area in the home to work from, free from distractions and interruptions, is required, with the understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, is highly desirable. Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, are an asset, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box, are essential for success in this role.
