Key Responsibilities: Adhere to instructions from supervisors and assist other colleagues in performing store functions Aid in the training of store colleagues Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to meet every client's individualized needs Provide client expertise in printing, signs and designs, and transportation product offerings and suggest suitable blithequark products and services Deliver a remarkable client support experience by using consultative skills to anticipate client needs, recommend options, and find solutions to address client issues Ensure all client issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information Collect, package, and prepare merchandise for delivery Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift 55 pounds, stand during your entire shift, and bend/kneel at the waist and knees consistently.
