Your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner * Updating lot (vehicle) notes in our system to ensure seamless customer experiences * Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner * Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions to resolve issues and provide solutions * Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs * Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensuring timely resolution * Filing documents according to established criteria to maintain accurate records * Processing mail incoming and outgoing per established criteria to ensure efficient communication * Reading and interpreting various reports and documents to stay informed and make data-driven decisions * Properly completing sale documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions * Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry * A High School diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Proficiency with office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners * Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process information and maintain accurate records * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Computer proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Typing speed of 45WPM or higher * Professional appearance, with a clean and well-groomed demeanor * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility * Bilingual skills a plus, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline * Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer relationship management (CRM) * Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with varying levels of technical expertise **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * High level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process information and maintain accurate records * Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Suite and other software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
