Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving concerns and providing personalized recommendations for top fitness products and services Meet and exceed sales goals by introducing customers to our products and services, and making effective recommendations Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and issues Utilize technical knowledge to educate customers about our products and services, and make recommendations based on their needs Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve team goals and objectives Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude in a remote work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred) Remote/Work From Home experience (required) Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or sales Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of fitness products and services (an asset) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
