Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to ensure seamless customer interactions Application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Responding to online chat inquiries, providing timely and effective support Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates Effectively managing time and tasks, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Committing to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: To be at least 18 years of age or older A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period To commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period To complete a background check and health screening Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home To be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service Preferred Experience While not required, the following experience is preferred: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills, a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including: Paid training, with opportunities for growth and development Full-time, seasonal temp-to-permanent roles, with performance and attendance-based incentives The convenience of working from home, with a collaborative and supportive team environment 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
