About the Role In this full-remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding care and wellness services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers. You'll go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve issues and provide solutions Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure resolution Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers What We're Looking for in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and think critically. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. A background in customer-focused environments, preferably 1-2 years, is required. You should also be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license and be committed to being your best self every day. Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of pet care, pet pharmacy, or veterinary services Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. You should be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. You'll need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
