Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting, ensuring that you meet the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness. Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a remote environment and engage with colleagues and customers through digital channels. Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, with a minimum upload and download speed of 50 Mbps. Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
