A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Utilizing your unique troubleshooting skills, you will own all customer interactions, striving for one-call resolution.
