A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential in owning all customer interactions, with a goal of one-call resolution.
