Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's customers, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts in a timely and professional manner Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, update records, and track customer communications Follow established policies and procedures for escalations, customer complaints, and issue resolution Meet productivity and performance goals, including outbound and inbound call targets, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve customer issues Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and stay current with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a high degree of internal motivation and self-discipline Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the education financing industry or a related field Knowledge of student loan repayment options, financial aid, and education financing products Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Experience working with diverse customer populations, including students, alumni, and clients from varied backgrounds Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Time management skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Technical skills : Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, with a high degree of flexibility and resilience Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
