About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting callers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work with a variety of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and telephone technology to provide efficient and effective support. This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we offer paid training, a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. Issue Resolution: Research and resolve member or provider inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed. CRM Management: Record call information and updates in the CRM ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to customers as needed, providing proactive support and solutions. Application Assistance: Assist callers in completing online applications, providing guidance and support as needed. Compliance: Adhere to privacy rules and stay up-to-date on regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions. Teamwork: Connect callers with leadership as needed and collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support. Problem Reporting: Report technical or system problems through the online system, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer software, CRM tools, and telephone technology, with experience working with help desk software and a strong understanding of technical concepts. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong problem-solving skills in complex situations and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Internet Requirements: Download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps (must submit speed test via speedtest.net), ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to thrive in a self-motivated and independent setting. Experience with CRM systems, help desk software, and other relevant technologies, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
