About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with technical support, managing their accounts, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, as well as using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. Key Responsibilities Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, including phone, email, and online chat Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to learning and growing with our team.
