Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience, reporting recurring issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager. Process Improvement and Best Practices: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements, staying updated on company policies, procedures, and new products to deliver consistent and informed service. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail. Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
