Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blithequark products, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve complex issues Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported Educate customers on blithequark products, services, and features, helping them to get the most out of their purchases Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies, continuously updating your skills and expertise to ensure that you are always able to provide the best possible support to our customers Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our processes and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, although a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will also need to have proven customer service experience, preferably in a tech support role, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
