Qualifications and Requirements While previous customer service experience is preferred, it's not a prerequisite for this role. A professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills, enabling you to provide high-quality service. To be at least 18 years old with a high school degree or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational education. Authorization to work in the US and current residency within the US, ensuring compliance with our operational requirements. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless performance in this role, your technical setup must meet the following specifications: A Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an appropriate processor, providing the necessary computing power. At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB, ensuring sufficient storage for our software and applications. Internet speeds that meet or exceed our specified requirements, enabling fast and reliable connectivity. Operation on Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM, supporting our software and tools. A direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem, ensuring a stable and secure connection. Compensation and Benefits blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, with starting pay aligned with the minimum wage in your state for part-time work under 40 hours per week. Full-time earning potential ranges between $40,000-$60,000 annually, based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction.
