Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and discrepancies effectively, collaborating with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of complex issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings. Booking Management: Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades, processing payments, issuing tickets, and providing guidance on fare rules, refund policies, and ticket restrictions. Travel Guidance: Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination information, visa requirements, travel advisories, and health and safety protocols, as well as support for special assistance requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and unaccompanied minors. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about blithequark's services, products, and promotions, educating customers on available amenities, onboard entertainment options, seating configurations, and loyalty program benefits to enhance their travel experience. Technical Support: Assist customers with navigating blithequark's website, mobile app, and self-service tools, troubleshooting technical issues, password resets, and login problems to facilitate seamless interactions and online transactions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using designated CRM systems and databases, generating reports to track customer satisfaction metrics, service trends, and operational performance indicators. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Adhere to blithequark's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing customer service operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols to safeguard customer information and uphold confidentiality.
