A Day in the Life of a Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be on the front lines of our operations, working with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming inquiries, and reaching out to clients via phone, email, or chat.
