About the Role This full-time position is designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance, with Monday through Friday schedules and 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. To ensure your success, we offer an intensive 5-week orientation program, complete with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and confidence needed to excel in this critical role. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of patients, families, and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy. Navigate complex healthcare systems, including primary care physicians, medications, appointments, and benefits, to deliver personalized support and solutions. Utilize excellent listening skills to understand patient needs, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions that enhance their healthcare experience. Multitask with ease, managing multiple databases and web-based systems while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and contribute to process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and overall service quality. Your Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is highly desirable. At least one year of experience in insurance operations or a related field, demonstrating your ability to understand and navigate complex systems.
