About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team of Remote Customer Service Representatives specializing in healthcare. Essential Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for helping others, coupled with strong customer service skills and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment. A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in working within fast-paced, multi-tasking settings. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence is also a requirement. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare or a related field, with knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts. Technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
