Job Overview In this direct-hire, remote customer service representative role, you will be an integral part of our growing team, providing top-notch support to patients and physicians. Your primary responsibilities will include responding professionally to inbound service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely follow-through on requests that require extensive research and response.
