Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will handle inquiries related to bookings, flight schedules, and other travel needs, ensuring a positive experience for all arenaflex customers. Full training is provided, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and those new to customer service. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries via phone, email, or chat. Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner. Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services. Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
