Customer Complaints and Escalations: Handling customer complaints or escalations professionally, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members or management as needed. Record Keeping and CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Adhering to Company Policies: Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding call handling and customer interactions, ensuring that all interactions meet our high standards for quality and professionalism. Performance Targets: Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics, with regular feedback and coaching from our team leaders. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need: Proven Experience: Proven experience in a call center or similar high-volume customer service environment, with a strong track record of providing excellent service and support. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
