Key Responsibilities Call leads who have completed a contact information form to confirm their interest and explain our services Qualify customers using a script, ensuring they are a good fit for our retirement planning services Set soft appointments with financial professionals, providing customers with clear expectations and next steps Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and appointment schedules Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction metrics Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance job performance and stay up-to-date on industry developments Essential Qualifications Previous experience in telecommunications, preferably in a customer-facing role Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection, with a dedicated quiet at-home work setup Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Ability to accept coaching and training, with a strong desire to continuously improve job performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write grammatically correct paragraphs from notes taken during phone calls Preferred Qualifications Previous outbound appointment setting experience, preferably in a lead generation or financial services environment Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, showing empathy, patience, and tolerance in all interactions Ability to complete phone calls in a helpful and professional manner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Skills and Competencies Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Customer service skills : Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and tolerance Technical skills : Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Time management skills : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
