Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled remote online chat specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote online chat specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer live chats, responding to their queries, and providing administrative support to our customer service team. Your excellent communication skills, strong telephone etiquette, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistently achieve established standards of the position. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a professional and timely manner Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring seamless resolution of customer queries Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting a positive and personalized experience Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your excellent communication skills Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where applicable Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of arenaflex Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to different personalities, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote online chat specialist role, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a virtual environment Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and technology, with experience in data analysis and reporting Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
