You will provide accurate and helpful information, assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues or answer their questions. Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure that you can provide the most effective support possible. Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer support services. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, following up as needed to ensure that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the support they've received. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your knowledge and skills. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, using your multitasking and prioritization skills to manage your workload effectively. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as proficiency in using various computer programs and systems.
