Available Remote Positions We're currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the following remote positions: Tax Customer Care Representative : As a Tax Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues proactively. Healthcare Customer Service Representative : In this role, you'll engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. Automotive Sales & Service Representative : As an Automotive Sales & Service Representative, you'll work with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and upsell when necessary. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance, your primary responsibilities will include: Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing exceptional service through active listening and problem-solving skills. Working with confidential information sensitively and maintaining customer trust. Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful. Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to perform job duties. Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Windows operating systems and capable of typing 25 wpm. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems (e.g., tax preparation software, electronic health records). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
