About the Role We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Remote Customer Service Specialist I to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat support to clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Essential Qualifications At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, although education requirements may be waived based on practical experience. Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare professionals. Extraordinary phone presence, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to relay information clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership of work, and provide effective solutions to complex problems. Natural ability to work through technical difficulties, determine root causes, and provide resolutions that exceed customer expectations. Strong active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored support to meet their unique needs. Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, with familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. A basic understanding of SQL is a plus. Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM-7 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays off to enjoy with friends and family. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
