Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and accessibility of customer insights for internal stakeholders Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center Ensure that tools and processes are constructed and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. Additionally, you should have at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in driving product development and implementation. Preferred Qualifications While not required, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Ideally, you should have 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
