Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of CVS Data Entry and Customer Service Representative for Omnicare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx’s to ensure timely processing Provide dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags Create and maintain accurate customer records Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Essential Qualifications Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the long-term care industry PTCB National Certification Experience with data entry and customer service software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At CVS Health, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
