Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Insights Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology department, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering analysis and solutions that uncover 'actionable insights', modernize how we consume data, and make data-driven discussions the norm. Key Responsibilities Build systems for data collection, processing, and analysis to support business decision-making Maintain a framework that supports data storage, processing, and retrieval Gather and evaluate consumer requirements for accurate and best-fit solutions Combine data from multiple sources to deliver the desired outcome, whether for management reporting, Executive dashboards, or KPIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clear requirements and identify potential opportunities to impact product outcomes Utilize complex tools and projects to mine data sources and apply data engineering skills to develop more advanced solutions Focus on work to meet organizational requirements and define and document relevant process improvement opportunities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 5 years of experience working in Data Technology Master-level expertise with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and data warehousing A design background and experience with data security, including understanding arrangements and guidelines for keeping data secure Knowledge of Automation Technologies and experience writing complex code using SQL or Python Solid experience with IT Service Management domains and processes Proven expertise with Business Intelligence methodologies and tools, including Tableau Server, Service Now, and Business Objects Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Direct work experience in a Data Analysis or Data Engineering role Experience with large data-driven projects where data is being obtained from different systems Technical experience that includes data modeling is a plus ITIL V2 or V3 Certified Kepner-Tregoe Certified Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a equivalent field of study, or possibly equivalent work experience is required.
