Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Data Analyst to join our Item Achievement team. As a Staff Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing daily data handling tasks and independently managing small to medium-scale projects, providing quality contributions to analytical analysis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Item Success, Record Management, and Suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards. Lead execution on daily requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Supplier and/or Internal requests. Assess demands for data services and understand the requirements of market research projects. Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time. Verify datasets for logical consistency, reformatting, and updating datasets for downstream analysis. Manipulate data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary). Be a proactive team member who provides advice or suggestions for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery. Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Develop and communicate best practices to stakeholders, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offer and processes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in data analysis and handling. Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Excel, SPSS, or other data analysis tools. Knowledge of data handling standards and protocols.
