Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex analyses, reporting solutions, and packages to meet business needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers to develop reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients Design and develop packages for internal clients, evaluating data needs, assuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) Database knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Oracle, or other databases Development database languages and experience with Oracle PLSQL or other programming languages Crystal Reporting experience Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to grow and develop with the company Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
