Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Data Platform Product Leader at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting technical issues, advising on best practices, and providing technical guidance to our internal teams. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be key to your success in this role. Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform Providing technical guidance and expertise to internal teams regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical needs and implementations Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform Conducting regular audits to ensure best practices and optimal use of the platform Leading training sessions to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the platform Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong analytical skills Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Is a minimum of 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will need to have: Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience with Customer Data structures that incorporate Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment Proven track record of successfully handling and implementing complex organization-level structures In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business organization environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
