Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Reporting Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our People Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers, preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting on various data sets. Key Responsibilities Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and customer end-use purpose Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics Create custom data evaluations for use by human utility teams and unique departments Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure effective communication Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to leadership Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis of discrepancies Blend and automate data to improve efficiency and accuracy Perform other duties as directed by leaders at arenaflex Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in relevant data/analytical/problem-solving roles Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the job Ability to use a PC and unique office productivity equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the job Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Knowledge of concepts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new data for modern and future problem-solving and decision-making Skilled in adjusting actions in terms of others' actions Skilled in using correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or approaches for problem-solving Skilled in communicating with others to convey information effectively Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data Skilled in turning raw data into meaningful insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
