Experienced Remote Data Entry Assistant for Alternate Investments and Client Profile Management

In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks, as well as handling business activity occasions, settling and reconciling move activity, and processing and reconciling dividend activity. Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Refining trade buy and sell purchases in client profiles and recognizing and fixing breaks identified between arenaflex and fund businesses or transfer brokers Handling business activity occasions, settling and reconciling move activity, and processing and reconciling dividend activity Conducting investigations of complex and escalated issues, executing testing and validation of new technology improvements, and vendor changes Completing assignments in trading, dividends, transfers, settlement, and business actions that directly impact client and advisor profiles Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and advisors via email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce Collaborating with retail and institutional business teams to resolve issues and provide solutions Representing arenaflex in daily interactions with fund businesses, transmission agents, contra companies, and other external business partners Responsibilities Analysis In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving a range of issues, including: Client review of membership agreements or transmission requests Client and advisor amount exceptions Regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 Reconciling business, returns, and transfer breaks Reconciliation across BOS and fund firms Assessment and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution As a remote data entry assistant at arenaflex, you will be expected to provide timely and effective solutions to a range of issues, including: Internal and external body augmentations or concerns Source of breaks between arenaflex, fund businesses, and other external partners Providing process or technology answer alternatives to control Remediating transfer issues with fund businesses or contra companies Answering business partner questions regarding fund-specific requirements and eligibility Providing follow-up on alternate investment transactions to accelerate customer requests or remediate not-in-good-order concerns Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field Strong knowledge of financial services, including trading, dividends, transfers, and settlement Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, advisors, and external business partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with financial services software and systems, such as Salesforce Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, advisors, and external business partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
