Ensure data accuracy by comparing it with source documents and making necessary adjustments, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Update and retrieve data from databases as requested, ensuring data integrity and security, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform regular backups to maintain data security and integrity, and organize and maintain files and records to facilitate efficient data retrieval. Collaborate with team members to resolve any data entry discrepancies or issues promptly, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection regulations and best practices. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, with a track record of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
