Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service, resolve errors on digital marketplaces, and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Product Data Management : Review, organize, and select images for new products, write product descriptions using SEO best practices, and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to improve product listings, customer satisfaction, and overall e-commerce operations. Administrative Tasks : Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and performing other tasks as required. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field; experience in e-commerce or accounting a plus. Technical Skills : Exceptional Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills; ability to use multiple web-based programs at once. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Organizational Skills : Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a large amount of data accurately. Preferred Qualifications Experience with E-commerce Platforms : Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Customer Service Experience : Experience in customer service or a related field. Data Analysis Skills : Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Excel.
