As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our healthcare clients to deliver exceptional results. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our help desk team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. You will also be required to help backlog and process new tickets that come through.
