Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Solutions Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Executing the Commercial Sales OnCampus strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Developing strategic partnerships with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and business owners * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs * Managing project plans, communication, and issue resolution to ensure successful program execution * Acting as the main point of contact for key customer business owners and stakeholders * Coordinating with Pricing, Contracting, PR/Marketing, Operations, customer contacts, and business partners to move the program from inception to go-live * Ensuring a strong working knowledge of Sales and Operations models and processes to ensure alignment in solution design, implementation, and post-implementation relationship management * Updating various stakeholders on progress, including the Executive Leadership team * Communicating project status, escalating and resolving challenges through the leadership team * Assisting in the center opening process and customer activation * Ensuring Center Managers are set to succeed in delivering on customer-specific requirements and meeting defined customer KPIs * Participating in program development, planning, and launch of Sales Support initiatives **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 10+ years of commercial print and sales experience, with a focus on prospecting new customers and developing existing business relationships * Demonstrated ability to develop strategic objectives and tactics to execute against broader organizational strategies * Advanced level of experience in developing complex solutions, creating solution proposals, and selling the value propositions appropriate to corporate-level customers and others in the organization * Demonstrated understanding of sales financial targets/performance metrics * Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing, and organizational skills * Demonstrated ability to understand and align with business needs of key decision-makers and business owners * Experience working with sales process and tools, MS Project, Visio, MS Office applications strongly preferred * Project management experience preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Solutions-focused professional with strong business acumen, visual storytelling experience, and a background in marketing, communications, or strategic consulting * Experience consulting with Fortune 500 clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve the client's business objectives * Strong skill set in at least one of the following areas: presentation development within brand guidelines, graphic design, journalism, copywriting, and messaging, digital/desktop publishing **Work Environment and Culture** As a Senior Customer Solutions Analyst at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses.
