As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in processing inbound complaint system fulfillment, responding to various requests, and documenting contacts in our database. Key Responsibilities Process Inbound Complaint System Fulfillment: Respond to various requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Knowledge Database and SOPs: Use our knowledge database and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and consistent responses. Navigate Multiple Computer Systems: Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications to complete tasks and meet goals. Document Contacts: Document each contact in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. Security Clearance: Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance. Typing Skills: Efficient typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy. Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry and database management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve.
