Your key responsibilities will include: Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and efficient manner Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various customer requests and inquiries Navigating multiple computer systems and applications to access and update customer information Documenting each contact in a database to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the requirements of the position. These include: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Bachelor's Degree An active Public Trust Security clearance, which is a mandatory requirement for this position Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and efficiently Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems Efficient typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and computer skills including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines, with the ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm, Monday through Friday) based on business needs Skill Set and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, the ideal candidate for this role will possess a range of skills and competencies that will enable them to excel in this position.
