Qualifications for Success To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following qualifications: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. An active Public Trust Security clearance, demonstrating your trustworthiness and reliability in handling sensitive information. Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and efficiently. Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of customer data. Efficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute, and proficiency in using computer applications such as Outlook, MS Word, and Excel. Excellent time management skills and dependability, enabling you to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines, even in a remote work environment. Able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation, 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday, based on business needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our customers.
