Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors, using tools such as MS Excel and other spreadsheet software. Verify data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, and update existing data as necessary. Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested, and perform periodic backups to ensure data preservation. Sort and organize documentation after data entry to ensure that data is not lost, and that all records are maintained in a secure and accessible manner. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
