Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your insights into our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to address and resolve concerns related to labor force activities from our store and HR partners in the field. As a Senior Analyst, you will adopt a proactive approach to developing reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in our stores. Your expertise in data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in researching and resolving field requests, as well as providing recommendations on how to improve our processes and communications to the stores. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and process planning Develop and implement solutions to improve labor force activities and scheduling performance Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize Deliver presentations to teams, executive leaders, and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge Direct and lead cross-functional teams, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred. You should also have excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management. Strong tasks, retail, and/or field knowledge are also highly desirable.
