Job Overview As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our merchants and sellers. You will be responsible for managing key metric points of support, analyzing data, and developing strategies to drive business growth. This is a remote position, but you must be located in or willing to relocate to Romania. You will work closely with our Retail and Seller Services teams to deliver exceptional results and provide an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Support the presentation of internal groups on input measurements and the impact of merchants on creating an exceptional customer experience Collaborate with the Retail Group to manage merchant relationships by supporting the seller's needs at blithequark Build strong communication channels at all levels, set clear expectations, provide transparent status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the merchants Develop and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities and significant KPIs for the sellers and blithequark Work with internal blithequark teams/sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing an exceptional buyer experience Lead in-depth analysis on handled issues for the merchants and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience Provide thought leadership around planning, guides, and execution Establish long-term relationships with key merchant partners for the group of sellers handled Support the launches of new projects, categories, and features Lead regular weekly and monthly business reviews with the sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans Metric impacting - understand metrics and make reasonable forecasts, continue with carefully thought-out plans of action, and respond quickly with new action plans Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred Relevant experience (minimum 3 years) in Seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business Strong presentation skills, ability to offer perspectives consistently and concisely, demonstrated undivided attention skills, highly consultative, and solutions-oriented Data analysis skills - ability to collect, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions, demonstrated ability to manage the business Influencing skills - metric impacting: ability to grasp a metric and make reasonable estimates, discussions skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility for achieving business goals Develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions for average, unusual, or tough spots or issues Ability to work in teams and eventually focus on delivering results with high standards Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Exposure to retail buying, retail planning, and assortment, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce will be an advantage Understanding of and passion for e-commerce Advanced Excel skills Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
