Key Responsibilities Accurately inputting and updating data into company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Performing regular quality checks to maintain high accuracy levels and identifying areas for process improvements. Meeting deadlines and targets consistently, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Inputting customer information, transactions, and other relevant data into designated systems, verifying and correcting data discrepancies as needed. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices. Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and speed, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with experience in data management and analysis. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
